Kutztown, PA (September 13

Joey Wilson took home third place individually leading the DeSales University men's cross country team to a fifth place finish out of nine teams at the Division II/III Challenge at Kutztown University on Saturday morning.
The Bulldogs went head-to-head against tough division II & III competitors including Kutztown, West Chester, East Stroudsburg, Jefferson (Pa.), Stockton, and Bloomsburg. DSU placed two runners in the top 10, and five scoring runners in the top fifty.
Leading the pack was junior
Joey Wilson, who notched a 3
rd place finish, with a time of 26:13.60. Junior
Jozef Callano finished in 7
th place overall, with a final time of 26:39.10.
Rounding out the top five scorers for DeSales was senior
James Cook, who placed 38
th overall, with a time of 28:16.10. First-year
Ryan Durkin took 48
th place, with a time of 28:34.30. First-year
Alden Twist placed 50
th overall, with a final time of 28:48.10.
