DeSales University Athletics

Koch was one of the very first extraordinary athletes at DeSale earning varsity letters in basketball (three), baseball (two), and cross country (two).  He was named team captain of the men's basketball team as a senior and was named the first outstanding intramural athlete in 1965 and was later recognized as the first outstanding intercollegiate athlete in 1969.
