Matthew Brancaccio ’09 was a standout on the men’s lacrosse team from 2006-09 graduating from DeSales in 2009 with Bachelor of Science in Sport & Exercise Science.
Brancaccio earned All-MAC Freedom Second-Team honors twice in his career and helped DSU qualify for the MAC Freedom postseason for the first time in team history in 2009.
At the time of his induction, he is the all-time leader in assists with 107, ranks ninth all-time in goals scored with 80, and is third on the all-time scoring list with 187 points. Brancaccio is one of three players to record seven assists in a game.
