Jen Mellon ‘10 was a standout on the volleyball team from 2006-09 graduating from DeSales with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sport Management, later earning her MBA from DeSales in 2015.
She is part of the only team to ever win a MAC Freedom Championship in volleyball in 2007 advancing to the NCAA Tournament that same season.
Mellon was named the MAC Rookie of the Year in 2006 and was All-MAC Freedom First-Team three times (06, ’07, ’09). She has the fourth most kills in a season in team history with 446 in 2006 and currently ranks third all-time with 1,254 kills. Mellon is also 12th all-time in hitting percentage (.249) and 27th in total blocks with 155.
