DeSales University Athletics

Michael McCool ’90 was a standout on the men’s cross-country team graduating from DeSales with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
 
McCool was named All-ESAC twice placing 11^th at the ESAC Championships in 1987 and third as a senior in 1989. He also earned All-Mid East Region honors taking home 20^th place in the NCAA Division III Mid-East Regionals in 1989.
 
McCool qualified for the NAIA National Championships as a freshman in 1986, finishing 261^st and currently holds the 13^th fastest time on the DeSales CC course (26:44 – 8K).
