DeSales University Athletics

Shaughnessy-Toy was a four-year member of the women's basketball and volleyball teams.  She was named basketball team MVP twice and volleyball Most Valuable Player once, while also being named the Female Athlete of the Year twice in 1978-79 and 1980-81.  Toy finished her career with 1,039 career points and at her time of induction was ranked second all-time in points per game at 16.8 PPG.  She was also ranked among the top 20 in field goal percentage, rebounds, and steals.
