Michael Almazan ’06 was a standout on the men’s tennis team for three years graduating from DeSales in 2006.
Almazan earned All-MAC Freedom First-Team honors three times, was named the MAC Freedom Rookie of the Year in 2003 and the MAC Freedom Player of the Year in 2004.
He ranks 11th all-time with 25 singles wins, third all-time with 23 singles wins in the #1 flight, 11th all-time with 21 doubles wins, and third with 21 first flight doubles wins.
Almazan paired with Bill Neal to record the third most doubles wins and the duo is ranked second all-time with 15 #1 flight doubles victories.
